Jewellery by Lucy Campbell
Contemporary jewellery inspired by the coast and sea. My latest collection involves silver and gold shells and fossils clustered together with pearls, hung as charms on pendants and bangles or made into studs. Each tiny shell has been cast from a real shell I’ve found when beach-combing. The clustered effect is reminiscent of the random collection of shells and stones found in rock pools. Other collections are also within the same theme of coast and sea, with colour introduced through semi-precious stones. I studied Silversmithing & Metalwork at Camberwell College of Arts, London and now work as a full-time silversmith and jeweller at my shop and workshop in Lyme Regis, Dorset.
